Eligible Returns (30-Day Return Window)
Unopened Products:
- Full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging
- All seals and protective wrapping must be intact
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
Damaged or Defective Products:
- Full refund or replacement, regardless of time elapsed
- Damaged packaging during shipping
- Manufacturing defects (rare but covered)
- Missing items from your order
Wrong Items Shipped:
- Full refund or exchange at no cost to you
- We cover all return shipping costs
- Expedited replacement shipping provided
Non-Returnable Items
For Health & Safety Reasons:
- Opened individual tampons, pads, or wipes
- Products with broken seals or compromised packaging
- Custom branded products (unless defective)
- Sample packs that have been opened
Bulk Business Orders:
- Orders over €500 require pre-approval for returns
- Custom packaging or branding (unless manufacturing defect)

Customised Offerings
When an order has been placed which is customised then we will work with you to try and resolve any issue. Cost associated with printing , design , packaging and delivery will not be subject to any refunds.
